Children's farm

This is a great place to stop for an ice cream. Skip the chocolate dip since it just makes eating the ice cream more difficult and messy. The cones come with a generous amount of ice cream, so consider getting a size smaller than normal. Take it outside and enjoy! Also, they have a public restroom.

A lovely & cute experience for my little one. She enjoyed the day spent at the farm. There are so many activities & animals.

A memorable experience for the kids for sure. We would only have one complaint…the people at the event we attended. One father of another child sat right in front of my little one … she couldn’t see the show… some parents seemed inconsiderate of the people helping with the event… making jokes when the workers tried explaining how to brush the ponies. I could see where some of the complaints come from. People expecting something this isn’t. One family drove right over the well marked parking area. Lots of disrespectful people attended. Broke my heart to witness… it wasn’t the kids. It’s the parents. I would do an event here again if there was a way to screen out the disrespectful attendees. Lots of work went into the Peter rabbit event. Kids loved it!!

We had a great day at the farm in October. The pizza was delicious and we enjoyed the corn maze. Would return earlier in the season to pick pumpkins from the patch.

Hands down to the best strawberries and raspberries in the country. Reasonably priced and top quality. Easily one of the most worthwhile stops I made on the entire Isle d'Orleans. Photos of the store and layout are included in my review.

A cute little farm that has a few goats, a few ducks, some chickens, and a ton of horses. Navigating through the farm was a little tricky as no one greeted us and no one made it known that they work there and are available for questions - the 5 people who were there all looked like visitors as well. There is some signage posted reminding visitors of rules but there could definitely be an improvement on signage for where the goats, ducks, and chickens are as well as which areas people are allowed to go through. If visitors were hesitant in opening the gates that directly lead to where the chickens or goats rest, they wouldn't know that they could actually go in. This was particularly the case when we went as it was a wetter day and the goats and chickens were resting in their shelter, making it harder to locate them as first-time visitors. It's a nice place to check out once for the farm but definitely not a recommendation for a petting farm. Maplewood Farm in North Van would be best for that.

This was my daughter's first year at Adventure Camp and to say the least she loved every minute of it. She was in 3 out of the 4 sessions and everyday she came home with new stories to tell. She made new friends and loved all her camp councellers. Camp was run very smoothly considering the COVID restrictions and there was always someone available for questions or concerns. Job well done to everyone involved in the 2021 season and we are looking forward to another great summer in 2022!
